In what way..?, repair the TS1, re fit new kit.? first thing would be to strip (if you havent already) and see what the damage is..could be as simple as new piston or could need relining..?? bit more info needed..

THE FIRST THING U NEED TO KNOW IS WHY IT SEIZED !!

Yep all striped scores in the barrel in line with a barrel stud and a holed piston
Nothing obvious at the moment no blows in the head or the base gasket
so will need a re-plate or a sleeve ??????

You should be able to have it repaired and replated, but if you don't find out why it seized and correct the cause then it will happen again.

rather than repair you could have it bored and plated to 71mm and get the extra cc s out of it ???

Thinking about it
It was low on power just before
its done about 1500 miles
just changed the base gasket to alloy because it had disappeared
and changed the needle to a 57 on second clip (tmx35)
but it popped on full bore
can't remember what main is but is around 320
egt was reading 600 when it went

Youve got a couple of suspects there fella..New base gasket..did it seal right, did you re-torque head after a few heat cycles, was the damage already done when the original base gasket disintegrated...was that main enough..sorry know feck all about TMX35.!!
