Hiya quick question- would a indian GP points type flywheel work ok with a Italian Ducati stator? got a feeling it won't but I'd thought I'd ask to see what you good people know. Paul ;)

dunno, never tried. but ive got an indian points ignition stator you can have for the postage if you like. might need a couple of wires extending/tidying, but the bike it came off was running.

I fitted one years ago to a Ducati stator and it kicked out 20 ish volts on the lighting circuit,so had to fit a regulator to stop the 12v bulbs blowing.
