hi guys ime having a problem with my 166 i can do 70mph in spurts but when i sit at 55mph after about 5 miles it just loses all power and cuts out as anyone got a answer because its doing my head in thanks

Sounds like you are heat siezing.
Could be incorrect jetting,timing,air leak,etc.
In my opinion Malossi kits are crap and a bitch to get set up.
Never got one running right.

ive had it apart there was only one seize and that was due to my autolube packing up on me the timings ok and the plugs ok it maybe runs alittle rich and some times when it goes it will i can pull over rev it and off it goes like nothings happened but i will take your advice in and check everything you said and try and find a solution cheers acko
