different carbs

do the dellorto carbs used on (aprilias and such like.) differ from the ones regualy used on lambrettas..cheers steve.

If you're looking at the 28mm PHBH's that come off an Aprilia RS125 then there's a brass oil injector tube on the manifold side that needs blanking off. The adjuster screws are on the opposite side of the carb to one you'd buy specifically to fit to a Lambretta so the engine mount will be in the way making adjustment a little awkward but not impossible. You'll need to swap some or all of the jets too.
Mine came with x25 needle, 50 slide, 128 main, 62 pilot, 70 choke, BN266, 250 atomiser.

joee,,has he had problems with them,,iv got a 28mm and jetting it is getting a pain..cheers steve :?

no mate it's just he's very good with them and has done a few for people.
apparently when theyre set up theyre blinding...i'll let you know.
