wont start

just built my tv200 engine after many hiccups along the way,i cant seem to get it to start not even abit,its fitted with a sr electronic kit and sparks ok, ive tried 2 different carbs 22mm standard dellorto,an 22 jetecs ,compression seems ok timming set at 19 deg and standard 200 barrel with new piston and rebore petrol flows ok any ideas even though it sparks could it still be electrical? please help im men't to be taking my mate to his wedding on it on it on the 26th thanks in advance sean

is the plug getting wet ?

stick a couple of cc,s of fuel down the throat of the carb and kick start it....a few times...
if it fires up ,then its not ignition related
it could be that your choke isnt working,and as has been asked...is the plug getting wet.
