1-only quit the parts from the front. is possible?
2-quit the clutch, chain, and then the sprocket.
how to block the sprocket? with piston stopper? with the tool to block the clutch?
thanks

If engine is in Scooter, put in gear and apply rear brake. If engine is out of Scooter, hold flywheel, no need to remove clutch at all.

why are you changing the sprocket?

If you are putting a 16T on instead of, say, a 15T, with the existing chain, you may need to remove the clutch end anyway. There will be less "room" for the larger front which may mean that the sprocket and chain will only go on if offered up to the shaft parallel to the rear.

If that makes sense! :D

I quit all the clutch, because the crankshaft drive sleeve is very hard, and was imposible to quit the sprocket without doing this.
There is a way to quit the crankshaft drive sleeve without the especific tool?
Thanks.

if holding flywheel risks twisting crank, don,t use indian cranks! off the top of my head I can't remember what the torque setting of the sprocket bolt is but I would be amazed if it were to twist the crank

If you were not convinced of holding the flywheel, there is still no need to remove the clutch, just put in gear and apply rear brake.

you could also use a primare drive locking tool (for Harley Davidson, see ebay.com), to lock the chain without using the clutch way!
