Speedo Drive Replacement

I'm about to replace the plastic drive inside the front hub with a metal one.

How do I remove the old one?

You need to grind it flat on the side and when thin enough it will crack. Page 157 in the bible ;-)

I actually changed one pretty easy recently with a plumbers adjustable wrench..

It's all ok until you come to fit the new one and it's too big!

The new one needed fitting with a drift.
