Just fitted one... and .... erm...... either I'm being dumb or theres something amiss!

Tap is fitted- but its like the mechanism is out by 90 degrees!

Looking at the tap its like it's turned anti clockwise - Off is at 9 o'clock with teh tap facing inwards, On is straight up, Reserve is the normal on position... and thats it!

Has anyone else fitted one?

Don't you just need to undo the two screws and rotate the mechanism 180 degrees clockwise?

Are you using a brass joint between the tap and lever?

Sure is. Mine fitted okay too. I guess yours has been assembled wrong ;-? Maybe you can remove the joint or add another, or send the bloody thing back, at their cost of course ;-)
