anyone know if this unit is bigger than the original?

the exterior (the large round "nut") is bigger....

i have used one on an indian gp headset and one on an italian gp headset and have had to open up the hole slightly on the headset bottom on both with a round file. not by much but they were too tight to slot in

Same size I thought. remember offering up the chrome locking ring from an original switch and noted that it fitted but looker naff so stayed with casa unit as supplied.
