Rectifier for BGM 120w stator?

I know we had a debate about this matter on this forum, or another forum, but I was searching the www tonight and came across this:
http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/#1331X0
It looks simple and offers 100W, which still might not be enough if the stator can really push out 120w, but there might be others out there. In fact, this website does have others, but they are very weak on some of the specs on their website.
In other areas they are pretty good. For example, they have excellent photos of stator ignition coils and lighting coils which look identical to Lambretta 4 pole items. If these items were interchangeable, it would make for an instant 12v conversion, and even electronic ignition.
However, I suspect it needs someone smarter than me to check this out. Is there an electrically competent SII owning enthusiast near Stoke Row, Oxfordshire?

Martin, that is the guy working with MB, GT and Readspeed on their Lambretta electronic kits. Funny that we seemed so close to having this, then nothing

A stator rated at 120 watts gets its power from a number of factors not just the stator itself. Maybe or maybe not it could produce 120 watts, I have never tested one, but in my experience I would doubt it would maintain 120 watts loaded continuously....... but whatever power it may produce, it would do it with far more reliability than anything made in India, that i am sure of....and many rectifier regulators can be made to work with this type of stator even 3 phase rectifiers working on one phase.....

What rectifier is recommended for a BGM 120w Stator, got one on mine but I think the rectifier is only 50w or 60w

The regulators that we are so familiar with must date back 30 years, and it wouldn't be surprise to find a regulator available that is more efficient at turning unregulated power from the stator into regulated watts for the lighting system.
You can't imagine that similar regulators used on, for example, Japanese bikes are using 30 year old technology.
We just need to know which one is best.

Look at the Power Box or search for PODtronics

Spoke to the guy at Eletrexword at the classic bike show yesterday, he had a working lambretta electronic kit there, retails at £190 and must say, looked the business. He reckons can get up to 280 watts if wiring on scooter is up to it

Was that with a flywheel?

Yep, steel flywheel with plastic fan,
