new diablo tank question

hi all do i need to use any sealant ? on my new diablo tank or can i use it like that ?

Ditto, brand new steel you see..swill and fill. :D bloody good tanks as well..

according to diablo they are pressure tested for 'no leakes' and just need painting,fits very good with no hassle or the use of the 'hammer'

i asked al same question and he said sealing could interfere with the baffles so just leave it

Yep that pretty much sums the tanks up Joe, fitted mine thurs night didnt take long at all to fit..

you may want to put in line fuel filter for the 1st few fills...always good practice when fitting a new tank
