Exhaust ideas

At present Im running a Rapido classic 200 set up with a 30mm phbh Dellorto and a KBA big bore pipe, has anyone been using the Rapido kit who can maybe offer advice on best exhaust for it and possible jetting for the carb as it seems a bit rich yet. Its running 4% oil mix as recommended by AF jets are AV 266 with x7 on second clip, 55 pilot 70 choke 120 main, 40 slide, air screw 2 1/2 turns out, seems slightly spluttery on take off but runs sweet through rest of range but still running in yet.

Running a rapido on PHBH26 (large body) on 105 main, 52 pilot,AS266, X2 needle 2nd clip, 70 choke....................goes like stink.......... oh, and KBA clubman, remote sponge filter.

I think your is a little rich.

I'm running a Rapido 225 with a 30mm PHBH no air filter, under panels, Stealth Exhaust, and I'm on a 120 main and it's a touch on the rich side.

Try dropping the needle one notch to see if it clears the stuttering.If not get some more miles on it first then do some full throttle plug chops before down jetting
