I was in there yesterday, spoke to Bruce who said he's done a few 110 and 115 Yam conversions.

Ive used them over the years, but not so much now as I very rarely tune any engines. but the crankshafts I had built or used were mainly for the Yam 110 rods, there's a few widths depending which model Yam you choose, but they supply a catalogue if you ask, all the measurements are in there.
The guy that's doing the cranks for Grampians "now" is very helpful.
Ive run the Yam rods both with and without shims fitted, if the shims are fitted most Lambretta crank Webb's will need machining back to fit the extra width.

Any issues running without shims?

Bruce was very helpful as in he'll sort out exactly what you ask for but on a "be it on your head" basis.

I've used them for a standard crank rebuild were I supplied the conrod. They only charged me a tenner, but I think they got their fun by taking the p!ss out of scooters with me
I'll be going in with a SIL GP 200 crank in the next week or so, and asking them to fit a 110 Yam Rod.
Which conrod/ shim combination would people recommend? Do Grampians do the machining if needed?

I think you will find that grampians have done work for many of the dealers over the years, they will do what you ask.
Their crank work is first class, but you do need to tell them if you want top quality parts fitted.
But I have known them to supply cast rings for a yz 125 with disasterous results and have seen some very nasty taiwanese pistons sold by them.
