Looks heaps better than the AF tubeless rims. And if the tubeless rims are 'single use', they end up pretty pricey.
Anything inside 500 quid for one of these wheels would be a bargain, wouldn't it?

They were the first of the DAC ones. £500, no chance.Muttley McLadd wrote:Exactly.RICSPEED wrote: sure mark wont mind

We now seem to see a number of blow outs happening on tubless rims, not a lot by any stretch but a few none the less. There is obviosly a lot fewer tubless rims than standard tubed ones on road-going lambrettas so any blow outs with tubless might/should be a casue for concern.
Then we have the issue of fitting tyres to these rims. This seems to have happened to lts of people all over the country, with stories of shops either refusing to do them or badly scuffing/damaging them...
This isnt a dig at any rims in particualr as people seem to have problems with all the different manuafaturers.
This may already have been commented on but surley the answer is a slit rim tubless system would save a lot of agg getting them fitted and should even be able to be done at home by competent people...
Didnt the germans come up split rims a while back?
Im sticking to tubes and slime.... and keeping my fingers crossed until we get what we all want....
Rant over...

There are split tubeless out there by CamLam/Tino @ £200 each, not heard of anyone using them, and some from Doncaster that have the same fitment issues with all rear hubs as the AF ones have with Spanish hubs. MB were involved with these and pulled out due to them not being to their standard, so what does that tell you?
