at last we seem to have beaten the dac into submission !!!! :D firstly the last incarnation of the 6 plate clutch has to use a 5mm packer , this we tryed to avoid but due to the clearence issues between the crownwheel and pressure plate we decided to go out rather than deeper and in doing so keeping the strength in the crownwheel , the 5mm packer causes no problems though as you dont have to extend and kickstart shafts just a slight mod to the shaft its self , the plan now is to run it for two weeks then strip it were final evaluation will take place ( i also have to do a slight mod to the basket ) then fingers crossed start selling them , just one note if you are running standard ts1s etc and nothing extreme then the 5 plate is ample in my opinion , but there again its up to the individual what they fancy !!! ;)

mines Ts1 225 with 35mm TMX and devtour and gp200 gearing, so hopefully that's 'nothing special' as I'd prever not to alter casings If I can avoid it.
Cash now waiting.

cool!
Many thanks
I originally planned to get this fitted asap for euro lam Eire but we're off on 22nd! argh.
My 5 plate is slipping a bit already and I have an emergency 4 plate ste with springs JIC, even then it would be great if I could have the 5 plate rocho clutch in my bag JIC of a major meltdown and then change this anyway when I get back as I am planning on tootling anyway so hopefully won't need to in Eire.

My engines a 225TS1 with banshee reedvalve and a TMX35 and devtour with a GP200box so it's not stupidly powerful and I don't really want to alter the casings if I can avoid it so a straight drop-in version much preferred.
Anyway cash waiting so just let me know.
