EU, in or out?

Fun and obscure stuff, anything 'off topic' goes...

The current immigration/terrorist situation is coming from outside the EU, so being in or out won't solve the problem.
France/Spain/Belgium and Denmark have all been attacked and are suffering the same if not worse than us, they want this to end as much as we do.
Our homegrown Muslim/Terrorist issue is a product of how our society deals with things and our colonial past and not the EU.

If we leave the EU, Britain won't turn back into a white Christian country with no immigration, we were more diverse than most European countries when we entered.

To decide our children and grandchildren future we need facts not myths and half truths.

good argument.
Is it the garlick or the bread you don't like.

The stay committed have suggested
We could compromise and ban the import of one or the other from the EU to help you stay.
A complete ban on garlick bread will destroy the world economy

The leave committee say that banning of garlick bread will
1 prevent immigration by people from garlick eating countries & they will to go back.
2. Clear evidence shows that eating garlick leads to speaking foreign, sexual deviancy, the making of curries and the contamination of pure British bread.
3 Britain was great before the import of garlick and its bread derivatives
4 Britain has no history of garlick eating before the EU
5 A reduction in garlick bread eating will reduce the number of cases of type2 diabetes, obesity and heart disease thus reducing the money the health service needs and lowering your taxes.
Did we win the war to eat garlick bread

I don't think anyone supporting 'leave' thinks re-gaining control of our borders will bring an end to terrorism. But it sure as hell wil help prevent more terrorists walking in unchecked.

The theory is that the Russians bombing Syria is creating so many refugees it could cause the break up of the EU, which exactly what Russia wants.

So far, all our worst terrorist attacks have been by home grown terrorists. There have always been terrorists. Who remembers Eta, IRA, Red Brigades, Angry Brigade, even the surrealist movement would shoot up the occasional hotel lobby.

Our borders aren't as open as some may think
We aren't and never have been part of the schengen area.
Our borders are more secure than they were 20 years ago,ask anyone who travels frequently.
I still haven't heard a coherent argument for leaving or staying, (other than garlick bread, at least that's fact based)
Lots of emotional half truths and speculation.

As a northern Britian citizen who's just been through a referendum and as such has referendum lag. I wonder how many voted Tory not fussed about this or the so called new negotiation, and who was fussed and simply voted Tory because of the EUref. Anyway from experience both sides are going to try to control your decision through fear. As a Tory toff hater I shall be sitting back watching a party pull itself apart right up to the 23rd and regardless of outcome will continue the daggers in back campaign long after this result. In the end whether your for or against this you'll wonder wot the f@@k these MPs actually do for you other than fear monger. If your passionate about one side or the other you'll probably feel letdown by 50% of the Tory party and vote elsewhere. I can only see a ukip gain out of this.
