No2 rule - If No1 rule broken be prepared to put straight in bin and buy from reputable dealer

It's the same principal I use. If someone orders a part for £2.50 it can be half an hours works with paperwork, packing it up and going to the post office for less than 50p profit, but I just look upon it as "some you win and some you lose" and hopefully I've gained a customer in the long run.
