you're a very talented builder Dave.

and a grafter too.
I can't say i'd want to do all that cleaning ,polishing, rubbing down ,spraying etc especially on someone elses scoot.
If it were mine I think I would try and find a way to retain the original toolbox and use it as a reserve tank so that the scoot retains its original curves and lines but that's just me . .....old school

Yes thats what i would do to mate but this is what Andy wanted so had to do it like this
