It's a Rotax cylinder. They're all over eBay here in the states, you just gotta know what to look for. If you look up Rotax on Wikipedia, it lists all the different sizes and you can sort out what size would work on a smaller displacement application.

You've had the crank for three weeks now!!! How come its not in the engine??????
