Right , The et3 and p200 or any standard vespa/lambretta do not have power bands. They dont have any power either. They are all designed around a box pipe using primary compression to pump out gases. The problem is that there isnt really much more you can do using a box pipe design. Yes they can be improved. I can give you timings say for a p200 to improve it but there is a limit. This is why the expansion exhaust was designed/discovered. This is a two stroke engine and it thrives on getting gases in and out quickly. The expansion pipe and timings/areas with inlet method can be tailored to deliver the power you want where you want it. You will need to speak to someone who is 100% on pipe design and the effects of pipe design . I think what you want will be a custom designed pipe with a port layout to match. Any off shelf pipe I feel will not provide you with the low down power you crave! But all this work will never be a substitute for a big cc 4 stroke thumper motor. The new super monza may be somewhere near what you want.

For power delivery like standard-PX on TS1, it may be worthwhile to looking at an German approach to exhaust design, if you haven't already done so.

when talking powerbands or comparing dynoresults a good sign of rideability is the spread of peak torque to peak power. A higher power output does not necessarily mean a quicker scoot. With a wide spread of torque vs. power you get a good, easy rideable thing. Also look at the torque curve after peak torque, if it drops suddenly there´s a good chance you can´t use high gearing as you might not even get to the point where peak power occurs in 4th gear. Torque curves are very often overlooked as all talk is power, but it´s the torque that really indicates on road behaviour.
