Ive set up my powervalve today. I made a cable and used this to connect the blade to the servo, I then worked out when fully closed and fully open was. I then used some software that I have to configure the powervalve control unit.
I have set the power valve to be fully closed until 6500rpm and then to be fully opened at 8500rpm (Every 500rpm between 6500rpm and 8500rpm it opens slightly more). The exhaust makes peek power at 9000rpm but has been designed to rev on slightly. Does anyone agree with my settings for the powervalve or think that I should change the settings. The controil unit is fully configurable so I can change the settings adhoc. I will of course test the scoot and arrive at the best set up but I just wondered what others thoughts were if any?
PS I cant road test it yet as Im waiting for one more part for the cooling hoses

Ive got a few problems with it at the minute so gonna have to call in the troops to help me get it sorted.
