this gearbox cut from EN40,will be going on test in the dac boys scoot on may 1st, friday,

Put the gearbox in on friday, got to say its looks a nice bit of kit. I have been about a 120 miles on it so far with no problems and will keep everyone up to date every week.
As mentioned before the gearbox was based on a pacemaker, but they had to change the third loose gear from a 39 to a 37. This puts a bigger gap between 2nd and 3rd.
DGB is looking for some input on the ideal gearbox, so please do comment on what you think it is.
