I'm lucky enough to have both. Live and let live.

What really pisses me off is that I can buy bits for the Vespa that fit first time. Nothing available for Lambrettas fits without a bit of fettling.

I found plenty of s**t-fitting Vespa parts from good dealers recently, seems all the NOS stock has dried up and so there's a lot more repo stuff on the market for them. Most of the Lammy stuff ( by and large) hasn't been too much grief to fit.

My smallframe has had its power increased by 1400% and can still use its original internals.
How many Lambrettas can do that? (hope ive got my maths correct)

My mate Dani from Magaluf, rides a Lince with bog standard internals and Rapido top end. 10 years of use. Beat that!

I have mate...well almost,my iron blueprinted stage 4 almost 10yrs. I thought a rapido is a standard spec barrel anyway.

Dumbass.. a standard barrel is cylinder shaped. A Rapido one is conical.
