I'm taking the sat nav out tomorrow night. Give it some on the dual carriageway, see if i can hit 80mph / 128Kmh. I'll update tomorrow. Split my Lammy engine last night, in great condition. Old school 185 coming next. Cheers

Great stuff, I have taken my delly off because it is so thirsty and I don't have the jets to jet it properly so I will wait to buy some in the UK. Another thing is that I bought the carb with the opposite side idle screw and mixture. Do you think I could jet it so it doesn't use more than 5.5 L on 100km? Because the difference in power is abnormal. Cheers :)

Errr. Not sure about that Nik. If your gonna tune a scooter i think looking for fuel economy is pointless. You either want to go fast, or slow and with good fuel economy. Sod the fuel mate, just rip the throttle open.......... :D :o

Haha your right. I will need a bigger tank then :D when I said it was thirsty I meant 7L to 100km thirsty. I think that is a bit to much. :D the power and speed is well worth the try though. :)

Yes you will miss it. I took mine out on Wednesday evening, i hit 77Mph Gps at 8000 Rpm. It got hot, fuel flow through std carb issue. Will modify it today and test this evenng. The engine sounded bad so i pulled the clutch in and dropped the throttle, tickover was above 2500 Rpm for a few seconds then fuel flow caught up and tickover revs dropped back down to a normal 1500 Rpm. I will keep you posted. Cheers.

My gearing is a bit low at the moment. I am running 20/68 T5 primary's currently because of my rear tyre which is mahoosive! 165/70-10. So i have a 21T complete clutch to try and if not enough will get a DRT 22T primary from SiP.
