I've know guppy since I was 14. I used to live in walmgate, then southbank for 30 odd years. Am in pocklington now for the last three years.
Had my first scooter at 14. Remember you lads as the Saxons. Lime Green helmets I think.

Not Lime Green helmets though (that was BT ...till the Red Lion had a dispute about colour rights ).....Saxons usually had red. Did you go to Kingsway school ?

Yup lived up Cromer St, left in 84' so good memory. Your name rings a bell (are you into campanology ?) but i can't place the face ?? I'm away at Morcambe at the weekend with Ducksta and a few others so i'm sure they'll enlighten me.
