How did you convert a atv rim to a scooter rim? Did you have a custom axle made for the rear tyre?

I spoke to a friend about the CNC P200 case and its possible with the CAD file. if of course we can get a hold of it.
Anyone have one for a Lambretta as i would like to try to put two banshee cylinders and the crank into a Lambretta casing. To do this would be nice to CNC a new casing up and put some extra strength in to it.
I custom made the rear hub and wheel assembly. It was all done out of billet to.
I have been riding the scoot around town and its great.... no issues yet except having a few beers then no knowing how to control myself :ninja:

Unless its on GSF and done for the love of it i'd expect itd be pretty unlikely someone who had spent the hours mapping it out would send you it for free though i may well be wrong, you obviously want a heavily modfied p200 type engine case right? because its still possible to buy new p200 piaggio engine casings if you dont.

I'm willing to pay for them. i've already bought couple sets of new casings even got SE welding up the weak points on a set at the moment. CNC'd ones would cure this totally but i've already asked companys over here and the prices quoted were mental.
I'd be happy around a couple a grand a set as old one plus modifications are about a grand anyway. but some companys it was 25k and up some !!
Getting a set i would be able to let the experts go f@@k'n mental with HP. if i get them !!
cheers :bouncing: :bouncing: :bouncing:

The guy who produced El Sidney will have mapped a whole casing to produce his one (with a bike barrel). If he has all the datum then he should also be able to map a stock (but stronger) casing and probably there would be some demand if the materials and CNC time were a lot cheaper over there than in Europe.
