Hi Dean,

Thanks for the call yesterday, and thanks for posting this.

The customer service you are providing is an example to all scooter dealers, i'll re-post this letter in a new thread in case some people have stopped following this particular thread.

Regards

Dan

Spanish casing and inners. Fitted cyclone v1 & changes gear alright. Rattling noise though. Reshimmed to 0.8 and still evident but not as bad. The fella who done it says his cyclone in his targa is much worse but did England to Belgium and back no bother.

I had a similar issue but changed the hub bearing.

At the risk of going off topic, I've seen nothing on people's experiences with the MB 5 speeds. Did they materialise?

Yes they did, and would be my choice if I were to buy another, I wouldn't touch the Italian shite with a barge pole. Drop MB a line if you're interested, I believe they're on with another batch... They're better designed, from better materials, stronger, made in the uk, and get this... Warranteed I believe.

Problem I have with my cyclone is that the 5th gear sometimes jumps out. I have not fitted the 5 speed shifter but have tried adjusting cables from time to time , is there a better gear swivel that may help this problem? I have a standard indian GP one on currently
