No, I didn't, but then a photo would not have been much different to those I posted at the beginning of this thread.
"You're", if you're English.
Ouch! You're correct, of course Mutley.

Hello everyone,
I have owned a Harry Barlow engine and have raced on it, I have spoken to him several times on the phone (never met Harry in person) and I got to know a bit about him. He is quite a character indeed for saying the least. On the bad side of things, I must say he is very forgetful person with everything. Can never take him seriously unless you sit next to him and wait there until he does whatever you asked him for (e.g: a tuned barrel, a pipe etc...) , organisation is not his forte you can never ask him to hold something for you cause he will forget about it, and for those precise reasons I dont think I want to do business with him again personally....
..[]...However, what is fair is fair and I must admit that he excells in what he does. He is a mad, mad expert tuner. He lived in America where he won Daytona 2 times and has done a good deal of Drag racing yam 350's. His engines dont break easily either and sound beautifully. Respect to him.
J.

I never met Harry until our trip to Nurburgring on 09. I have to say what a nice bloke he was.. very respectful and I enjoyed his company.
His lardy vespa flew too. Again... respect to Harry.

I bought one of his prototype T5 pipes from him at Peanut Duck about 5 years ago and found him a very knowledgeable pleasent bloke.
The pipe was absoluty the nads.
I took my T5 down to JB and we dyno'd it against a Taffy and a Scorpian and guess what won? - Harry's pipe.
Even JB was suprised/impressed with the results.
It was a torque monster and allowed me to run 22t gearing easily.
The only downside was the pipe was made of thin steel which fractured so I welded it as required.
From my experience the man knows whats what.

Ah I know that site, it's where you send an email to enquire about a casing you sent him over 6 months ago and never receive a reply
