That looks so good.
The exhaust timing sounds a little big, But if you can keep the engine together with the power that you should get, that will be be so much fun.

I totaly forgot about the powervalve, a few yam riders are using the old type from the LC, TZ, TZR models as these can be reprogramed\ remapped.

This is a link to the TZR forum, It gets a bit geekish but could be of interest :geek:

It would be nice if one of the dealers gave you a free run on a dyno. ;)

I already have a mappable powervalve control unit from a company in Chzechoslwackywickvia (Ignitech) or however you spell it. With this unit paired to an old RD350LC powervalve servo I can configure the powervalve to open and close when ever I want, It even has a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) that I am looking into wiring up too.

I also have a mate with a dyno but I doubt it will be available for free but I should get a fair amount of time on it :-)

Thanks for the link I'll take a look at it later tonight, ps Ive just dropped it off to have the exhaust made but its going to be about a fortnight to do as the guys @ TDR are quite busy :-( (Some of there dyno charts look quite impressive, they look like table top mountain :-) )

Wayne - I run an Ignitech PV controller on my engine. If you need some set-up help then let me know. It works really well.

Yes mate I wouldnt mind some help, Ive looked at the software and it seems easy enough to use. I havent got a TPS as yet but Im thinking of getting a KX250 Carb so that I can use this function. I had planned on having the powervalve opening at around 7000rpm and fully opened by around 9000rpm what do you think?
