As the casing is a totally new design and not limited by Innocenti's original design could it not of been extended slightly to allow 12" wheels to be fitted? All that extra power on 10" wheels isn't ideal. I'd of thought there was room within the rear frame loop to fit bigger wheels even if the rear mudguard needed trimming.
