But yes I bought it from lambretta finder. Fingers crossed it doesn't need much..

I have bought stuff off Sam (Lambretta finder) in the past
seems like a genuine bloke when I have spoken to him

Many thanks. Yeah can't fault him at the moment. Everybody I've spoken to says hes a solid and reliable bloke.

Looks nice and the 200 engine is a bonus. Remember it's 50 + years old so it will have had bits taken on and off over the years and if you have a couple or more teething problems then they won't be the fault of the dealer.

Yeah as far as I'm concerned it's sold as seen. I'm quite prepared to plow some money into it.

Apparently it runs really nicely which is a big bonus. The plan is to get it up to mot standard get the docs sorted, let my dad see it, then take it back off him so I can get it all sorted so I can go to a few meets on it and be part of the scooter scene. I've earmarked iow 2016 and a Brighton run that I will definitely do.

To he honest I can hardly wait now, once I've got it I will close this thread down and do an ongoing build thread.
