Cant go fast enough to tell. So far its new forks and internals and new engine mounts. The Escort rear shock looks and feels a bit pants but wont worry about it until ive got her run in and the summer this year is so shite I may not find out. Gan up to Ayr for the day weather and scooter permitting, you gan?rosscla wrote:You get the bouncy fork feeling sorted Howie?
First decent run out recently on bumpy back roads as im running it in and don't want run over, the bike was all over the place. Changed the bearings and set as slack as possible and its much better.camel wrote:Been out on my bike since and im amazed how just adjusting the bearings fixed the issue..you do need the bars to fall to one side on the stand(if the wheel is off the floor) if touched from the central position...do this before you spend any money or make any work for yourself
