Gear change and throttle are pit bike throttles off ebay about £10 each
Speedo is a Gamma unit , but its also rev counter, EGT and CHT and a few more functions

Do you have an eBay link for the gearchanger. I cannot find them. Or have you adapted throttle controls?
Thank you

These are them Robbie .
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLUE-CNC-QUIC ... 5d4fff652a
however the first ones i got had threads in both holes , the second one i got only in one hole ,. So it might be an idea to check with them .
Im not sure if i got them from the above link , as a few sellers have them on ebay.

OK thank you. Not sure i understand.
Do you mean they have two cable holes in them and you can use both?
I am obtuse at times

Here you go Robbie
It has two threaded holes originally for a push pull throttle, but works great as a gear change
Some of the ones on ebay only have one of the holes threaded , some have both holes threaded, so best check
