No, it is a complete build from new skins..............

Noise: the New AF has a different sound pitch compared to the original, this can make it sound louder, whether it is or not I do not know as I have not checked theirs with a db meter but I know where you are coming from.

What noise limit is acceptable? we are checking our with a db meter and seems alright but we have not decided on the finished article yet, few more days to go.

thanks for the reply about the noise. Are you taking advance orders or can we register an interest via email ? can see these going quickly hope they do some people forget the r&d thats goes into producing a good quality fit for use product.

The skins are being purchased from an existing manufacturer to start with unless our factory can get the pattern moving quickly.

The internals are for me to know and you to wonder. sorry

what i ment by internals ,do the skins hide your idea or is it the standard baffle plates modified to your design

ducksta : sorry I am not going to be drawn into discussing any part of the design for obvious reasons.

On the update front my prototype produced 21.5ft/lbs of torque & 18.5 BHP on the Dyno at JL.s on a TS1, this is more of a tour pipe & have not yet tried it on the Avanti kit but will be using a 4.6:1 gear ratio

Going to do some Dyno work in the UK next week to get some compassion on figures as you are well aware all Dyno's are different

any news on a possible date of release? I have an af stg 4 175 kit with af clubman currently gearing is 5.3 is the pipe likely to help it pull a 17s front sprocket and a 4.99 to 1 ratio or would you advise keep the gearing as it is? Thanks
