Unfortunately, I'll be cutting mine off when I get around to it as it is on a ScootRS tubeless rim. As/when I get it off, he'll be welcome to it.
I must point out that mine didn't fail and is now well and truly worn out, it is just a case of the thin wall sections/bulges suggesting that there are weak spots in the construction.

Update on this
after my first email was auto replied i was sent a couple of others to try so i did ...these i got replies from , one from a person called Bettina who i think may be german who then must have forwarded me onto Kyle Hodson who i assumed to be british....he was very helpful and concerned asking me for a few details etc.
They then sent a driver to my work address to pick up my tyre and rim ( af tubeless) and take it back to their labs in germany for tests, he said it would take a week or two.
All i asked for was to return my rim....this all happened quickly.
After a few weeks i emailed Kyle asking how my rim and tyre was getting on , he replied saying that it had just arrived back and that the guys in germany did not remove the tyre from the rim for fear of damaging it but they were still investigating the issue. He told me he had been advised to offer me two tyres of my choice and they would be delivered along with my tyre and rim back to my work address , which all arrived a couple of days ago.
So i got two new sportsmans for free but no answers as yet to the problem... but obviously scwalbe take this issue seriously and are onto the problem.
I have went through loads of schwalbe racemans and weathermans with no issues and still run on weathermans
none of my tyres have been whitewalls by the way.

Good news. I can't help thinking that their star is on the wane now though. Schwalbe are so last year.

About 3 years ago I had a bulge appear in a continental tyre, I called and was asked
Was it a rear tyre ?
Had it been on a dyno ?
Had it ever been run at a low pressure ?
and I had to answer yes
Excessive heat build up was their technical reply

TS1 and PX stay in the garage (future barn finds) out on the GTS 300 when I go out on a scooter.
I know I’ll get there and back

Yes, but I've got a low-mileage Conti with the same sort of delamination bulge from the front wheel of a mate's stock PX200. That most certainly hadn't over-heated.
He might have parked it within 50 metres of a dyno though, so that probably explains it, and not that it was a s**t faulty tyre. I'll look for the photo.
