Has a mind full of useless s**t and isn't afraid to use it !
As a mate of Kevfto, I'd just like to clear up a few details. Firstly, I just like to say that he is a genuine 100% bloke/scooterist and in no way did he set is stall out to try and deceive people, he did answer your question on the Frame number, if he came across as a little evasive, it will probably be because of all the stupid questions you do get on ebay. As for the "GP 200" listing title on ebay, go and tell several dealers who still sell 150 Lambretta's, Vijays or whatever as "200's", one of these Dealers is where he bought the scooter originally! You people out there throwing mud are in the know about all the little details, frame numbers and so on, let me assure you that the guy who bought this Frame is probably clued up as well, he has several Lambretta's, and in my opinion, if he had quite a few body Parts, engine etc. he would still have a cheap scooter, but then thats his business. As for pushing up the price of Scootering, isn't that relative to what you think the part is worth; why are we so gobsmacked at £600 for a registered frame and not at £150 for a rear Damper or Foxhat spider say? Finally, this is supposed to be a Lambretta Tech Forum and as a rule it seems to be what it says on the Tin, but I think this as ventured a little off track, thanks and goodnight.

The thing with spanish hubs is the strength of them and thats why the racer lads use them, if you use them on a road bike they might well last 2 or 3 times longer than a standard hub his twinned with the fact there just isnt many about pushes the price up, ive seen them lcgb at high prices....you get what you pay for in this world im afraid...thats why ive got a box full of crap i couldnt use then ended buying it again at a better price...
