hi holty looking a good fit in the frame the carb must be on the right have you made a inlet manifold for the reedvalve and thanks for my engine frame holder it works great

hi garry, pleased you like the stand, the inlet that goes on the case is a part that i cut off a scrap rb20 barrel and trimmed to make it fit into a very limited space, its got a steel plate bolted to the top which i wil be welding a pipe onto for the carb to connect to, its probably going to need a cutout in the tank, something i will be tackling later, im going to collect my custom made crank on wednesday.

has martin built that for you ie chiselspeed if i remember didnt mr manson make a foam template tank to fit then made a metal one

yes martin has built it from scratch, 64 stroke,larger diameter webs and wider webs, 125 rod, will post a pic when ive got it

as promised a picture of the crank that martin has made for me, i am very impressed with the quality, a work of art, martin does have a pair of these big webs on stock if anyone else wants one.

ha ha, it would need to be a strong tree, its a heavy lump, heres a couple more pics

if you look inside the web you can see the holes martin has drilled inside the webs to help balance it

It is nice lovely shamfers on the webs and a decent slot on the rod for luberication off that bearing

Might be an optical illusion from the camera angle, but that con-rod looks pissed, and the big end looks real skinny.

Has the rod been altered to fit through the wider webs?

the rod has been ground on the sides a bit, i will try and get a better picture for you, the big end isnt skinny its wider than a standard width.
