On the other point, yours does seem to be a little slow in 4th gear....for a tuned 210!

Can you remind me what gear cogs, clutch and primary drive you are running?
NEVER go by the timing marks on the flywheel cover !!!

....you can not guarantee that they are correct the marks on the cases are a little more accurate BUT again not 100% and with a 2 stroke and if its been modified !!!!
You can however find TDC by using an old spark plug remove the inners and put a nut and bolt through it so there will be some thread showing the other side ....screw the plug into the cylinder ( I use 10mm head 6mm thread)
Then carefully move the flywheel clockwise until the flywheel stops
Mark the flywheel and casing
Do the same anticlockwise until the same happens
Mark the casing..
Then using a degree disc you can work TDC between the 2 marks.....from there and with a degree disc OR strobe light you will be able to accurately measure the timing
OR of course you can use a dial gauge...you will have to remove the cylinder head though !!!
