these guys are pretty good ! could rebore aswell after.
I Beg to differ  They iron sleeve an rb 250 barrel for me to 71mm f@@ked up the first time, by cutting the boost ports to high :( when i pointed this out, he said it was like that before :o when i produced a port map from my pocket he agreed to do it again 8-) unfortunately the second time, the bored it off center
They also f@@ked a barrel up for CSPE/Diablo moto

Ditto, I tried to contact this lot about 2 years ago on behalf of someone else for simple reboring and they were less than helpful frankly, plus ive noticed a few on here (as above) reporting problems, seems to me they're not as specialist as they promote themselves.

Hi guys, just searched posts on this site and remarkably, its the same problem I am finding with an older version Muggy 200 my mate bought a few weeks back, just won't fit inside the crankcase spigot ? Is it a case of returning to the dealer ?

first off I would get a decent pair of digital verniers/calipers and check spigot size against crankcase, first of all check it between the studs (horizontal and vertical) then check across the crankcase where the studs are (check opposing studs diagonally) to see if the case has "swollen" where the studs go in
there's more chance of this if any of the studs have been hellicoiled as the crankcase wall is obviously thinner and the pressure of the hellicoil and stud can force the crankcase out a midges d**k
hope that helps

Cheers.......I took all the cylinder studs out this morning and the cylinder spigot went straight in. I also tried an Avanti barrel on it before I removed the cylinder studs and that went straight on and down to meet the crankcase ok, so it must be to do with the studs.....one of which was re-aluminium welded a little while ago. I will do the calipers check and see how things align...many thanks

I've got an RB 20 to build and just thought I'd slip the barrel on the bare casing but it was very tight and wouldn't go down. I removed a stud and it sat correctly so looks like the holes need drilling out. I also noticed that the spigot has been turned down to fit a 150 casing and left a step on the gasket face. More junk.

I fitted MB cylinder studs to my Casa 210 and couldn't get the cylinder to go on.Apparently the studs are a larger diameter than standard.I fitted some Vespa studs and this solved the problem.

These were standard studs, looking at the cylinder the stud holes are drilled larger at the bottom for about 1 cm deep maybe to clear the threads.
