So i went back round the roundabouts and after lots of changing of parts i found the problem to be the exhaust. A simple task of taking mine off putting another on and down the motorway at 75mph and no seizes. Should have done that first before changing barrel and piston, new cdi unit, adding augusto, new stator plate, 3 new fuel taps etc etc. All the time it was the exhaust. This was brand new on when i finished the engine. Is now off.

Is the pipe going cheap then ?????

Nothing wrong with the set up itd been on 2 different dynos to try to locate the problem both very well respected in the scootering world, the 2nd one noticing something wasnt quite right at the exiting end. Not sure why but obviously an isolated issue to my bike, anyway in my case everythings as should be now, got a franspeed race on now. To reiterate regarding my first querry the bubbles dont cause fuel starvation according to the carburetor experts, and out of the 4 fast flow fuel taps i now own the cam lam rear exiting is the fastest ive come across.

a fuel pump would probably sort you out as the bubbles would just be returned to thee tank, ive noticed that when ive had chops with 2 taps in the tank the bubble problem is gone, also a pipe as short as nessersary is paramount, also some dellys have a fixed banjo which points down which as far as i see causes probs with air so point the banjo grater than 90 degrees up
