Many thanks mates, I'm still alive... Was just quite busy with several books I've been writing the last 3 years. Hard to combined both scooter business and writing. I made few changes on the Lince 200.
- First. I try to get rid of this f.cking dragging clutch. I had to disassemble it once again. If dragging is cured now the clutch is slipping....
- SX200 gearbox changed for a LI150 one. Shorter is far way better ( never paid attention to my wife's laments)
- Put a JL KPR3 curly on it and the all thing became sort of high screaming cat. Anyway, I guess it's part of the clutch prob....
- Put a DC conversion, following the scooterotica thread and got lot's of problems with blowing fuses (15A!) Short cut? BGM stator with a too hight output? I'm still searching for a solution.

I had a similar issue with the blowing fuses after a DC conversion, turned out to be the LED sidelight festoon bulb shorting at the bulb holder because it was rotating. BIt of silicone held in place.

I'll take a look. Plenty of wires there....
