I bought the yamaha MB conversion lever. Looks fine and easy to pull even with MB springs.

Ok, got the whole thing apart and found quickly what was going wrong: I forgot to fit the clutch nipple on top of the pressure flange. Sounds french doesn't it? I made less than one km and the nipple onto of the flange was almost destroyed. Just time for ordering the missing parts and à moi la route!

Exactly the same prob. S-box stub is way out of the cylinder flange when box fitted (hardly) to the chain casing. One idea was to cut a slice of the down pipe and weld it back. But that sucks a lot to do Marco's job. I got the exhaust for more than a year and Marco never answered my questions either; I'll never buy him a pipe again. This is not the way I want to be treated. S-box is full of promises but needs a serious adaptive work to fit properly. Anyway this fitting issue is a further project when I'll get pissed off by the gori's noise.
I'm beginning my carb fine jetting today.

initial carb setup: PJ: 54 MJ: 110, X2/266AS now PJ:54 MJ: 121 still a bit too lean. Next try with PJ:54 MJ 125 Sounds close to the average set up.
