Wasn't Ian from knightsbridge before he retired to the NYM so he could always move back to his old stomping ground

That's about right. A lot of advice and input was given, now they don't answer emails.
Electrix will more than likely be at the Stafford Show promoting there products, You could always speak to them there, they answered a few of my questions when I spoke to them last year.
But I didnt ask the questions that you might want answered. ;)

Are they using the same technology as the standard system, i.e. will the excess power still be dumped through a regulator? I was just thinking that over 200 watts (Beadspead spec) would require double the HP from the engine and that would be all ther time, not just with the lights on :?

Just a thought, I don't know how much power we/re talking about, maybe it iosn't significaant :?
