to me, it also looks like the cast one is a direct copy of gravediggers work. but i think the 2 creators can best answer that question.

the argument with the way cheaper prize is a bit on the weak side for me. 101 euros for the cnc item http://www.lambretta-teile.de/product_i ... -TS-1.html is definitely not expensive. considering what an MB cast one costs, i dont think jimmers will be selling his for very much less, will he?

to answer at least one question in this thread: all of gravediggers work (MMW) is cnc simply because he has access to this machinery. small 100% identical batches are no problem as well as trying something out and changing design on the way. also it just looks awsome!

I've been wondering how long it would take someone in England to wake up to just how good Harald is at developing new and better ways to make fully finished tuning products for our scooters, now it looks like someone has. I suppose we will be seeing cast versions of his cylinder heads next
Harald "gravedigger" is a very skilled machinist, a scooterist and a decent bloke who more than once has sent cylinder heads to me before i've had a chance to pay him (i suppose trusting a fellow scooterist he hasn't met is strange these days?)
Its a shame that this has happened.
altough I did not say something here about this subject that´s my thoughts - it´s not a big company that gets their products copied (this is also bad), it´s a Scooterist who makes them and believe me, he still rides no Porsche selling his parts...with the set comes an original Mikuni rubber, not one of these toy-manifolds that come with Koso carbs, so this also raises the price - you get what you pay for!

If you like Harald´s work you will like it even more after this weekend (custom show Munich) where some new goodies are presented for Lambrettas first time..watch out for a thing tastly named "MMW SMEGMA CLUTCH" (at least within GSF) :o :P

suppose you can come up with even funnier names for inlet manifolds - which was the original topic.

apart from establishing that it may or may not be (c) by Jimmers not much transpired.

I rest my case.
