tubed tyre sealant advice?

Andy can't remember of top of my head but its on the container you get and there are instructions for different tyre sizes

If the bottles I use are 8oz I use half a bottle on each tyre/tube and never had any problems.

I'll check what size the bottles are in the morning and also scan the instructions and post them on here

I think with 8oz you won't need to put any air in at all ....solid rubber

One thing to be aware of is the possibility of the vlve becoming clogged. I had to up the pressure in my rear tyre on the way tp Kilarney last year as I needed to accomodate a passenger. Went to the air line but couldn't get any air in so naturally suspected the airline to be faulty and proceded to the next services only now with even less air in. Couln't get any air in there either so decided to remove the valve and a green 'slime' bogey shot out under pressure. Tyre inflated fine after that

it does give quantities in the packaging and I believe it varies depending on brand. I think Ultraseal takes 6oz, or 6 units, per tyre.

Once filled, I always ensure the valve is at the top and inflate a little before fitting the valve insert, just to clear the way.

i have a wheel in my shed which has slime in it has no valve in it and it still hasnt gone down in 6 months ( i cant put air in or let air out
