I had an R1 on mine, with 2 half nuts. I dont like the single nyloc idea, as they do work loose. You must have some sidewards play.The more i think about it, the more i dont like it. No rubbers at all. I now have a hagon, Made in Essex.

I'd agree with Chris,Mick,go for the BGM of the two the ride is good and they can be adjusted !! also its just a straight swap for the original........none of all these nuts
