its got more power and torque than my old ts1 on the same dyno and i was running a 35mm mikuni and jl3 so i think you are doing very well with the componants given.

i would be happy to see this from my muggy which is 16bhp and 13lb of torque with the same carb and a b race pipe which i dont think is enough.

god only knows how these 150cc lights and mirrors machines dont get into more accidents, specialy on motorways. Although I have been on the m25 on a vega before :oops:

What I have used before is a 24mm Mikuni, a gp bellow, cut and matched to a serveta bellow, run up to a serveta air box, with the chicken neck cut out, no filter. Seems to flow plenty of air, unless your sleeping bag is stuffed between your legs, blocking the air intake lovuers ;)

Nope, it's from a 70's Benelli Dynamo mini cycle. I fabbed up a stainless "u" bracket to mount to the orig. inner mudguard hole. Still Italian! ;)
