Update.....

Collected some new and modified parts form the Team Replay Scooters HQ today. Chalkie White has done all the Tuning and machining work for 2010

The maghousing has been machined right down in readiness to junk the fan and go to scoop cooling;


{here is the 'before' picture!) -

This year I will be using a centre plug 'big' cylinder head to allow cooling - it will be used in conjunction with an air scoop to force air over the barrel,

i thought you would have something more planned than just a reabuild

some serious s**t goin' on Paul, is there any chance of seeing these scoop mechanisms you are intending to use? Curiosity is killing me!!
