Syd, iam surprised to hear you say that as mine and my mates pulls rearly well from low down in fourth gear which makes it a pleasure to ride in or out of town

, some people do gear there engines to keep the revs down and to get that extra 5mph at the top end, even though we only spend 5% of our time flat out

, i gear mine [46x16 li150 box] to suit me 95% of the time, i can live with loosing 5mph at the top end, for now

.

Sydduckett, I'd love to see a dyno graph for your 260, what carb, gearing and pipe will that be with ?

My 260 will be running a Franspeed pipe, pacemaker box, 38mm TMX and a 63mm worb5 crank! I got wood just thinking about it! John at JB got 36BHP out of my TS1 (see article '36bhp rusty nail' in 'show your scoots section), so this thing should be a few more than that, i am hoping

Id be tempted to build one but I know a few people who have got them and they have had grief with them so until all is sorted,i`ll hang on. Keeping the machines ive got on the road is expensive enough.

This is down to the NK pipe, i have had a franspeed and a jarspeed on and it was far more drivable. The Jarspped pipe was the best out of the 2. i will be puting one on when pennies allow...
