sleeving
thought you were lining a ts1 200
We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm

I only type this as you seem confused re.which barrel or kit to use........ask yourself how many miles do I do a year on my scooter, what sort of miles are these and how do I ride it, luggage, passengers etc etc, you get my drift.
why are you planning on buying the RACE rapido kit as oppossed to the Classic. Why don't you want to use your TS200 barrel. Why do you want to fit a conversion piston.........
At least this way you'll know what you want and so will the folk who end up doing the work for you.
ok i picked up the race kit very very cheap then was told it needed to get re sleeved hence this post then in the meantime i got offerd a ts 200 barrel ok still with me..... then i posted what should i do ? so upon trawling around various sites i see that the rapido race kit or the classic kit is only 200 notes so the question was asked if the kit is fitted properly and all ports chamford are they still suseptable to dropping rings using the rapido piston...
as if i got the rapido re sleeved and used a jap pistion would i be just throwing away my money?
not had a bwetta before so have to ask
i ride very hard never two up and carry minimal luggage

You'll probably going to get loads of differing advice but why not buy a TS225 kit. Get a professional to build it right first time, see how you get on with it and then tune / piston convert/ stroke it / etc or not after a seasons riding?C*NTSPEED wrote:soullad wrote:Firstly ask yourself "what am I trying to achieve"
